What is the “BBC School Report”?

BBC School Report is a journalism project for students aged 11 to 18 across the UK. “Journalism” means the activity or profession of writing for newspapers, magazines, or news websites or preparing news to be broadcast. The fantastic news team at PGHS research and produce the news (newly received or noteworthy information, especially about recent events) and then upload it onto this page. BBC link to this very page via their interactive map; this means that the students’ news is accessible to a WORLDWIDE BBC audience. The work of School Reporters across BBC programmes in the UK is showcased on “News Day”, which is Thursday 15th March 2018. If you would like to be involved, please see Miss Ibrahim for further details.
