Welcome to Student Services!

Student Services is a one stop shop for any barrier to learning.

Student Services is run by our Pastoral Support Workers, Mr Wilson and Ms Oxley, who both have extensive experience of working with students in Secondary Schools.

We offer Pastoral Support: can come and talk to us about any concerns or worries. We can usually help with most things, but if we can’t, we can refer students to other people within school such as Heads of Year or the School Counsellor. 

We deal with attendance and offer support to students who are struggling with being in school, or who need advice on being away for family events, etc.

We also deal with lost property, locker keys, temporary replacement school shoes, detentions… Anything your daughter needs; we are the first port of call.

We recognise that being in school can sometimes be worrying – students can come to us in Student Services to tell us what is on their mind and we will do everything that we can to help.

We are located off the main dining room and we are available at the following times:

8:30 – 8:45

10:10 – 10:25

12:30 – 1:20

3:20 – 3:30

Lockers opening will be done in the last 5 minutes of the times listed above.
