General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) & Data Protection Act 2018

Under GDPR, an individual is entitled to submit to school a ‘Subject Access Request’ under the ‘Right to Access’

What is the right of access?

The right of access, commonly referred to as subject access, gives individuals the right to obtain a copy of their personal data as well as other supplementary information. It helps individuals to understand how and why we are using their data, and check we are doing it lawfully.

How do I submit a Subject Access Request

You may submit a subject access request to school at any time, and you may do this verbally or in writing.  In order to assist us with ensuring we provide all the information you are looking for, we would kindly ask that in all cases you complete the school  ‘Subject Access Request Form’ which can be found below.
