Valedictory Dinner 2023
On Tuesday 27th June, the Class of 2023 marked the end of their time at Penwortham Girls’ with their Valedictory Dinner. It’s always a fantastic event where the girls can get together and celebrate the end of their time at PGHS and, of course, the end of their GCSE exams. It was great to see all of the girls looking so happy and relaxed after all of the hard work they have put in over the last few months.
Prom offers a great opportunity for the girls to get dressed up, but the most important thing about the night was the opportunity to spend time as a year group before embarking on the next stage in
their journeys. It was a chance to reflect on the good times they have had together over the past five years and look forward to all the experiences to come. Before dinner was even finished, the floor was
filling up and the rest of the night was a lively mix of dancing, selfies and singing.
