Retired School Bus Driver returns to PGHS

Jimmy Ashworth returned to Penwortham Girls’ High School for a special assembly on Thursday 28th November. Students wanted to thank him and wish him well. Jimmy transported our students for six years on the 680 school bus service and the girls were very fond of him. Jimmy always greeted our girls with a smile and had a very positive and caring attitude. Jimmy was presented with gifts and he told stories about his 41 years of working with Preston Buses.

We hope Jimmy enjoys his well-earned retirement!
