Netball

PGHS netball practices have been a great success. We have had up to 80 netballers attending clubs on a regular basis after school on Mondays. The South Ribble netball leagues have started, with some teams already playing at a high standard.  The PE department have now decided to give girls more practices at lunch time to prepare them for the next round of the competitions, whilst selecting A and B team players.

The Monday practice remains for all year groups, however specific additional practices are scheduled for years 7, 8 and 9.

Year 7 practice is on Thursday at lunchtime with Mrs Finnigen.

Year 8 practice is on Monday lunchtime with Miss Shahi.

Year 9 practice in on Thursday lunchtime with Mrs Tompson.
