Year 11 Valedictory Dinner
On Wednesday 1 July, the Class of 2026 marked the end of their time at Penwortham Girls’ High School with a memorable Valedictory Dinner. It was a fabulous evening, celebrating both the end of their journey at PGHS and the completion of their GCSE examinations.
The Prom provided a wonderful opportunity for the girls to dress up and enjoy a special evening together. Most importantly, it gave the year group a chance to spend time with one another and celebrate their shared experiences before embarking on the next stage of their journeys.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed the event, with the dance floor full throughout the evening and the ‘selfie mirror’ proving especially popular, providing plenty of fun mementos from the night.
We look forward to welcoming the Class of 2026 back on Results Day.
