Springboard Future Chef Competition 2026

Calling all aspiring Chefs in Year’s 9 and 10!

Do you enjoy cooking and creating delicious meals? If so, why not enter this year’s Springboard Future Chef Competition?

Monday 5th October 2026 3.20pm to 4.20pm

The Challenge

Design and cook a meal for two people with a maximum budget of £5. Your dish should be tasty, nutritious, well-presented and demonstrate a range of cooking skills.

The top two students from our school competition will go on to represent the school at the Future Chef local heat in Blackpool, competing against students from other schools.
